Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our shipping and delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

• Standard shipping fees are $6.00 for purchases under $100. Anything over $100 will receive free shipping.

 

• Please allow 5-7 business days for items to ship after ordering.

 

• When an order is ready to ship you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

• Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer, please ensure the address is inputed correctly before submitting.

 

• CK Designs is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses.

 

• CK Designs is not responsible for delays in delivery due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

• Packages that have been returned due to invalid addresses will be sent a verification email. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in an order cancellation. Order will be refunded to original form of payment minus 3% restocking fee and fees accrued for shipping.

 

• Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees for orders that need to be re-shipped due to an invalid address.

 

• CK Designs is not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during the time of transit. We will do the best we can in order to help you regarding your order. Please contact ck.designs516@gmail.com if your order is not received.
