Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product(s). However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Limitless Sports Academy gear is final sale. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Gift cards, sale items, and customized/personalized items are final sale and a return will not be accepted.
All other returns not mentioned above must be made within 3 days from date of receipt. Items being returned must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. A refund will be given minus original shipping fees and return shipping fees if applicable.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. A shipping label can be provided to you upon request and fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the receipt of the item to process your refund.
RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item, please email ck.designs516@gmail.com or message us through the contact form. A return address or return label will be provided to you once your return has been approved.
Please place item securely in its original packaging with proof of purchase. It is imperative the proof of purchase is included in the package to accept your return.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt. If any damage occurred during shipping or if the wrong item(s) were received please reach out to us via email or message. A picture of any damage will be requested and evaluated and a replacement will be sent out or a refund can be arranged if it is determined damages occurred during shipping and not from fault of the recipient.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of ordering. Order cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours.
